Refund Eligibility – A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no substantial work or service delivery has started. – If services have already commenced (e.g., event setup, content production, web development), only partial refunds may be considered, depending on the work completed. – No refunds will be issued for services already fully delivered or executed.
3. Non-Refundable Items – Domain name registrations, third-party licenses, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client. – Completed design, marketing, or development work already handed over to the client.
